Your nutrition strategy is built specifically for you and broken down into a simple, day-by-day plan that's easy to follow.
Your macros are calculated and provided with each plan, but that doesn't mean you have to spend your day counting macros. I take the guesswork out by providing simple, healthy meals that fit your targets while teaching you how to fuel your body with more flexibility and sustainability.
The goal isn't just to follow a diet. It's to develop the habits and lifestyle changes needed to reach your goal — and maintain it.
CUSTOMIZED TRAINING
Your workout program is built around your goals, home or gym preference, schedule, age, experience and current athletic ability.
Whether you're just getting started or you've been training for years, your program is designed around where you are now and where we're trying to take you.
ONGOING 1-ON-1 COACHING
This isn't a program I send you and forget about.
Coaching support includes phone, FaceTime, email and text, along with the guidance and accountability you need throughout the process.
Nutrition, training and cardio are adjusted as needed based on your bi-weekly check-ins and progress.
PROGRESSIVE 28-DAY PHASES
Each month you continue, your training progresses with you. A new phase is developed every 28 days to keep your body adapting and your progress moving forward.
NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT
Coaching is month-to-month. Stay as long as the program is helping you move toward your goals. No long-term contract required.
