PERSONAL PROGRAMMING
After the submission of the new client form and assessment, your personalized plan is created. Personalized programming/coaching runs monthly. *(4 weeks 28 days)
Plans are individually tailored, both the training portion and the nutrition portion to your goals, experience level, medical/fitness history, preferences and training location (home or gym). I break down what and how much you need to eat and structure it in a way that's sustainable based on your lifestyle. The training portion will provide all the details needed to perform at a high level in the gym or at home and include exercise demo videos for every exercise of every workout. Your plan will be sent to the email address provided and will come in a Google document.
Programs include access to me via text or phone call. Weekly or bi weekly accountability check-ins and feedback as well as an option for once-monthly personal face time assessments. Semi private training in my personal studio is also an option (scheduling and location permitting). Each month a new program is created in order to keep you progressing towards your goal.

CONTEST PREP COACHING
I have been developing champions & pros in the NPC, IFBB, OCB & GBO organizations since 2013 With focus on the bikini, wellness, figure mens physique and classic physique divisions. Prep runs 12 weeks and is broken down into three phases. Each phase is strategically designed to get you closer to show day peak and that first call-out! I cover all areas of show competition prep. And we do this through a nutritionally dense whole foods approach. I provide details of each meal how much to eat and provide links to teach you what product choices to make. I include healthy treat options, recipes and supplement recommendations. Hello my name is Richard Seymour. I am a former amateur and professional boxer turned fitness and nutrition consultant, lifestyle and contest prep coach as well as a former two time NPC Mens physique Overall Champion and IFBB Mens Physique pro. After retiring from the sport of boxing and wanting to pursue my life long love of fitness, nutrition and helping others reach their goals.
